Since our products are individually manufactured according to your order , a regular return or refund of the purchase price is unfortunately not possible.

However, should a legitimate defect occur (e.g. printing error or material defect), please contact us within 30 days of shipment via email ( Info@onyxcoreshop.com ).
Please send a clearly recognizable photo of the defect and, if available, the product ID .

We will carefully examine the case and find the appropriate solution, for example:

• Free replacement/reprint

• Other appropriate arrangements, depending on the situation

Once the complaint has been reviewed, we will inform you about the next steps.
